The amount is refunded back to the source account itself. It takes anywhere between 3-4 working days to process the refund.
The store provides installation services for all the products that need a technician, like washing machine, TVs, ACs, etc. There are other products like water coolers, sound bars, etc. which comes with plug-and-play feature, needs no technician and you will need to install these yourself.
