Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between individual and business plans?
Plans for individuals come with an individual license, and allow one person to download and use files. The license is issued for a particular person who purchased the downloads with no option to transfer the license. This option is suitable for freelancers, bloggers, sole-proprietors, or self-employed individuals.
If you use images on behalf of a company or plan to share files with your team, one of our business plans or an enterprise account is the most suitable option for you.
Business plans grant your company a business license on files, and provide you with convenient tools for creating sub accounts, as well as managing their balance and access. They are designed for small and medium-sized businesses.
An enterprise account is the ultimate solution for any large-scale company, including advertising and marketing agencies, publishing houses, production companies, design studios, etc.
The primary advantages of an enterprise account include an unlimited number of downloads and users in a team, downloading unwatermarked hi-resolution files, transferring rights to a third party in just one click, using custom payment terms, and receiving extended indemnification.

What’s the difference between Standard and Extended licenses?
The Standard License is a default license type that allows you to use a downloaded file for personal and commercial purposes within the terms of the Standard License.
It covers various use cases, including advertising and marketing, UI designs in websites and apps, product packaging, newspapers and magazines, book design, and more.
If you have a Standard License, you can print no more than 500,000 copies of material created using a downloaded file.
The Extended License permits all use cases that fall into the Standard License and have no limits regarding the number of printed copies.
The Extended License allows you to use the downloaded files for resale or free distribution (posters, postcards, cups, T-shirts, fabrics, or artworks).
The Standard and Extended licenses can be purchased with Individual and Business plans.
What types of files are included in a plan?
With any of our image plans, you can download JPEG images of all sizes and vector images that can scale to any size.
Video plans allow you to download videos of any resolution included in your purchased video plan. You can download SD, HD, and 4K videos with any of our subscriptions. Packs on videos offer files of a specific resolution: 240p, 480p, 720p, 1080p, or 4K.
All of our audio plans provide you with access to our library of music and sound effects. A license on music purchased via monthly and yearly unlimited plans is only valid during the term of your subscription, or as long as your subscription auto-renews. Packs on music provide a lifelong license.
Should I purchase a subscription or a Pack?
Subscriptions are the best fit for customers with an ongoing need for files. They provide you with a certain number of file downloads per month at the lowest prices. Downloads are auto-renewed at the beginning of every month.
With a Flexible Plan on images, all your unused downloads are transferred to next month, as long as your subscription auto-renews.
Our subscriptions on audio are unlimited in terms of downloads.
Packs are tailored to customers who need a fixed number of downloads. They provide a number of file downloads per year, which renew once you run out of them (unless you cancel auto-renewal).
What happens if I don't use all of my downloads each month?
Unused monthly subscription downloads are not carried over to the next month, unless you have purchased a Flexible Plan on images.
Downloads within Packs are available for a year after the plan purchase.
If you buy a new batch of Pack downloads before your billing period ends, you automatically extend the expiration date for unused Pack downloads for one year.
What happens if I cancel the auto-renewal of my plan?
There are no cancellation fees. The auto-renewal feature is turned on by default; however, you can cancel it at any time in your plan settings.
You get a lifelong right to use downloaded images regardless of your plan expiration date with any of our plans.
Can I get a refund for my plan purchase?
After purchasing a subscription or Pack, you have 30 days to change your mind and get a full refund. You are eligible for a refund if you have not downloaded any files.
